Ryland Harding
Having served eighteen years in the British Army, Ryland is a specialist in physical, digital security and communications. Special forces operations have taken him all over the world, undergoing a wide range of complex and interesting theatres. Ryland is a successful leader who had dynamically led and trained security and communication capability for UK interests overseas, from large strategic deployments down to small-man tactical operations.
Ben Scott
Ben spent many years in the military before moving across to the private sector as a maritime security officer, deploying to the East and West coasts of Africa and the wider Indian Ocean. Having completed his Master’s in cyber security and intelligence, he specialised in drones and counter-drone technology and strategy. He now consults on special projects for numerous companies to increase their risk mitigation capabilities.
Hank Holland
Over thirty-five years, Hank’s career has spanned finance and investments across a broad spectrum of asset classes in both the public and private markets. As a growth capital investor, his efforts have focused on emerging, high growth businesses in FinTech, eCommerce and cryptocurrency / digital asset ecosystems.
Gary McGill
Gary had an unusual career, starting off as a successful inventor in the 1990s with numerous patents to his name before moving to business development to travel the world (despite being European based, he also lived in North America for nine years and India for eighteen months). He is also a social media influencer, so thanks to hundreds of thousands of LinkedIn members spread across his various groups, his input has been invaluable in creating enhanced global awareness along bringing in key international organisations.
